Liverpool fell to a late Eric Cantona goal to lose 1-0 to Manchester United in a very poor FA Cup Final at Wembley. The game proved to be Ian Rush’s last game for Liverpool as he left the club to join Leeds United after scoring 346 goals for Liverpool over the course of 16 years.
