Mark Hateley has urged Roy Hodgson to start with Andy Carroll in England’s Euro 2012 quarter-final against Italy.
The Liverpool striker brings an aerial threat to the attack, something which former AC Milan forward Hateley believes would unsettle the Italian backline.
