It sems that wherever Liverpool FC go in the world they make a big impression and have a huge following waiting enthusiastically for them. Clearly, Canada is no different. For our friends in Canada it’s just a sahme that they have not been able to see Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez. I’m sure that the fans would have loved to seen two of our biggest profile players. Nevertheless, it has been a fantastic experience for all the youngsters involved who will hopefully learn from the whole experience and be able to step up into the first team on a regular basis very soon.
Best of luck to Tony Silva by the way, who has left us to join Barnsley on a free transfer.
